Alster-Kanalfahrt Ein ganz besonderes Highlight, nicht nur für Touristen, ist eine Fahrt durch die Alster- kanäle. Denn hier sieht man, was einem sonst verborgen bleibt: Die herrschaftlichen weißen Alstervillen von hinten mit ihren prachtvollen Gärten. Besonders schön ist ein Dämmertörn: Wenn es langsam dunkel wird, sind auch die Häuser beeindruckend beleuchtet und vielleicht erhascht man auch einen Blick auf manch edle hanseatische Einrichtung. Die Alsterdampfer fahren ab und bis Jungfernstieg. An Alster Canal Cruise A very special highlight, and not only for tourists, is a trip through the Alster’s canals. For here you can see what otherwise remains hidden: The stately white Alster villas from the back with their magnificent gardens. A twilight cruise is particularly scenic. When dusk slowly sets in, the houses are impressively illuminated too, and perhaps you can also catch a glimpse of some of the exquisite Hanseatic furnishings. The Alster steamers run from and to Jungfernstieg. > ATG Alstertouristik, Anleger Jungfernstieg, 20354 Hamburg Anfahrt > HVV: Mit der S1 oder S3 ab Stadthausbrücke bis Jungfernstieg, dort Ausgang Jungfernstieg Promenade, ca. 10 Minuten. > Zu Fuß: Auf Herrengraben bis Stadthausbrücke, dann über Neuer Wall (rechts halten) oder Große Bleichen (links halten) immer geradeaus bis Jungfernstieg, ca. 1,3 km. How to get there > HVV: Travel with the S1 or S3 from Stadthausbrü- cke to Jungfernstieg. Then take the Jungfernstieg Promenade exit, approx. 10 minutes. > On foot: Walk along Herrengraben to Stadthaus- brücke, then straight on to Jungfernstieg either via Neuer Wall (keep to the right) or via Große Bleichen (keep to the left), approx. 1.3 km.
