Und wer schwofen möchte, kann bei Livemusik das Tanzbein schwingen. FISCHMARKT Hamburg’s world-famous weekly market attracts around 70,000 visitors to the Elbe every Sunday. Everything from fish, fruit and flowers to clothes and souvenirs is sold on the Fischmarkt stands, set up on an area of ground just outside the fish auction hall. MICHAELIS Hamburger nennen den bekanntesten Kirchenbau der Stadt liebevoll „Michel“. Auf seiner Plattform in 106 Metern Höhe bietet sich ein sagenhafter Rundum-Blick. Wer den Alten Elbtunnel von St. Pauli nach Steinwerder durchquert, dem bietet sich auf der anderen Elbseite ein traumhaftes Panorama: Der Blick auf Hamburg und seine Wahrzeichen, den man nur von der südlichen Elbseite – und nirgends schöner als in Steinwerder – genießen kann. STEINWERDER Steinwerder is located on the southern bank of the Elbe, between the districts of Waltershof and Kleiner Grasbrook, at the confluence of the Norderelbe and the Köhlbrand.
