Darauf sind Arbeitspläne vermerkt, Sonderwünsche, welche Zimmer zum Reinigen freigegeben sind und welche noch nicht. „Ist etwas nicht okay, vermerken wir das ebenfalls in der App“, erklärt Stephanie „Zum Beispiel, wenn der Teppich fleckig ist und gewaschen werden muss. Dann wird das Zimmer nicht freige- geben.“ Welche Zimmer sie zuerst putzt, bleibt ihr überlassen. Ist sie schneller durch, kann sie auch früher gehen. Stephanies Ziel: zur Assistentin aufsteigen. „Es gibt drei Stufen. Zimmermädchen, Freimelderin – da werden die Zimmer nicht mehr kontrolliert –, dann Assistenz. Als er vor sieben Jahren im MADISON anfing, hat der Ghanaer erst einmal einen Deutschkurs gemacht. „Damals habe ich den noch selbst bezahlt, heute übernimmt das MADISON die Kosten. Das finde ich richtig gut!“ In seinem vorigen Leben war er Laborant, Rita Grundschullehrerin und Stephanie Altenpflegerin. When he started working at the MADISON seven years ago, the Ghanaian first took a German course. “Back then I paid for it myself, but today the MADISON covers the costs. I think that’s really great!” In his former life, he was a lab technician, Rita a primary school teacher and Stephanie a geriatric nurse.
